Returns & Refunds

2. How to Return an Item

Returning an item is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Return Request – Visit our Returns Center and enter your order details. If eligible, you will receive a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
  2. Pack Your Item Securely – Ensure the item is safely packed with all original components and packaging.
  3. Ship the Item – Use the provided shipping label and drop off the package at the nearest carrier location.
  4. Wait for Processing – Once received, our team will inspect the item and process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved. The refund will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method – If eligible, refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing Time – Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Store Credit Option – If preferred, refunds can be issued as store credit for faster processing.

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Free Return Shipping – We cover return shipping costs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Customer-Paid Return Shipping – If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order placed by the customer, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Restocking Fee – Some large or high-value items may be subject to a 10-20% restocking fee, which will be communicated before processing your return.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost to you. If the exact item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

To request an exchange, please contact our support team with clear photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Some items cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or legal reasons. These include:

  • Personal care & hygiene products (e.g., opened skincare, razors, hairbrushes)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages, flowers)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Digital products & software (e.g., e-books, downloadable content, activation keys)
  • Final sale or clearance items (noted on product pages)

If an item is non-returnable but arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.

7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

We allow order modifications or cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed for shipping.

If you need to cancel or change an order, visit My Account > Orders or contact our support team as soon as possible.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received within the expected timeframe:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider – Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account.
  • Contact us for assistance – If it has been more than 10 business days, reach out to our team for an update.
