Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for information on delivery times, shipping costs, and other important details.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) may be processed the same day.
  • Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

* Free shipping applies to orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts).
** Same-day delivery is available in select cities.

  • PO Boxes & Military Addresses: Some carriers may have restrictions on PO Box and APO/FPO/DPO shipments.
  • Weather Delays: Unexpected delays due to weather or carrier issues may impact delivery times.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. Estimated delivery times vary by country.

  • International orders may take 7-21 business days depending on customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
  • Some items may not be eligible for international shipping due to legal restrictions.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order by visiting My Account > Orders or using the carrier’s website.
  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please wait 24 hours or contact support.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked delivered. However, we are happy to assist:

  • If your package is lost in transit – Contact us, and we will work with the carrier to locate it.
  • If your package was stolen after delivery – File a claim with the shipping carrier or your local authorities.

For insured orders, we will issue a replacement or refund after the carrier confirms the package is lost.

6. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal upon delivery:

  • Reshipping Fees – Customers may be required to pay a reshipping fee.
  • Refunds – Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.

7. Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • Pre-Orders: If an item is available for pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be noted on the product page.
  • Backorders: If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of the estimated restock date.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately at no additional cost.
